Mr. Morrow is responsible for the daily business operations of the company and for Engineering Services, including feasibility studies, design, permitting, construction management and construction administration.
Mr. Morrow has extensive experience in all types of residential and commercial development, relating to land development including drainage improvements, roadway improvements and sewer and water improvements. He has managed projects in all size ranges and has a thorough understanding of plan processing in of the various jurisdictional agencies in the Tampa Bay area. Mr. Morrow enjoys a harmonious working relationship with all staff levels of the various State, County and Municipal Regulatory Agencies.
Mr. Morrow is a founding principal of the company.
