SWFWMD ERP* permits require that the stormwater system be inspected and certified every two years after the project has been transferred to operation and maintenance. Landmark Engineering & Surveying Corporation provides services to meet the SWFWMD inspection requirements by performing the following tasks:

1. Review the SWFWMD files and obtain copies of the as-built drawings for the stormwater management system

2. Conduct a field inspection of the stormwater management system to confirm it is operating in accordance with the approved as-builts and there have been no changes to the accepted stormwater management system

3. Prepare the required SWFWMD certification and submit for approval by SWFWMD

• If there is any required maintenance of the stormwater management system, the owner will be provided a letter outlining the required maintenance
• If there are any deficiencies in the stormwater system, the owner will be notified of the deficiencies and they must be corrected prior to the certification being submitted to SWFWMD
