We Are Taking Survey Orders Online!

Throughout the history of
Landmark, management has always been open to new ideas that will help our staff become more efficient and productive. Although Landmark is not a huge company, it has kept up with, if not surpassed others in utilizing available technology. We believe we are the first surveying firm to offer online ordering. We successfully started the online survey ordering earlier this year. We expect this service to evolve and integrate with our in house activities more and more.

We encourage superintendents and coordinators to place their typical construction surveys online so that they can receive emails and check the website regarding the status of those surveys. Coordinators can add closing and lender information at their convenience and view orders to assure no projects are missed.

Our staff is still involved... the order is processed by human hands. If anything is missing or incorrect, we will call you or email (your choice) to make certain your deadlines are met. We found that developers, coordinators, and superintendents (like the rest of us) are using technology in the office and in the field. It makes sense for us to stay ahead of the rest to provide the service you expect and allow digital access to information and avoid duplicate efforts and help control costs. Now that we have a good foundation, we will be working toward more online services to assist our valued clients.
