Mr.
Morrow is directly responsible for all Engineering Services, including feasibility,
design, production and construction administration. He has extensive experience
in all types of residential and commercial development, transportation engineering
and water and sewer projects. Mr. Morrow also has experience with design and
construction of sewage pumping stations and treatment plants. Mr. Morrow is a founding principal and is directly responsible for all engineering services, including feasibility, design, production and construction administration. He has extensive experience in all types of residential and commercial development, transportation engineering and water and sewer projects.
His experience includes responsibility for Florida Department of Transportation highway plans and right-of-way maps, site development, and water & sewer projects. He has managed projects in all size ranges and has a thorough understanding of plan processing in Hillsborough, Pinellas, and surrounding counties and enjoys a harmonious working relationship with all staff levels of the various State, County and Municipal Regulatory Agencies.
