Mr. Marshall is responsible for management of major survey projects including all facets from proposals to completion. He has a wide range of experience in all types of surveys such as route, construction, mean high water, boundary and design. Mr. Marshall has 24 years of survey related experience which is equally balanced between field and office procedures.
