Mr.
Bell trained with Landmark for three years after graduating from Vanderbilt
University. He then acquired his Civil Engineering license on his first attempt!
Mr. Bell’s experience has been in civil engineering design, permitting,
construction administration and project coordination and management.
Responsibilities have included project planning, coordination of work activities, preparation of construction documents and technical specifications; preparation of permit applications and supplemental information, coordination and negotiation of permit conditions and performing construction inspections and completing construction certifications.
Areas of expertise include residential subdivision, commercial and industrial drainage, utility, and wastewater disposal system design along with stormwater management, herbaceous and forested wetland mitigation coordination.
His knowledge of the latest technologies and techniques in the field of civil engineering makes his approach to problem solving a valuable asset to our clients. As a Project Engineer, David possesses the energy and motivation that will direct your project along an efficient and economical path.
